Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Operations and Project Management (Continuing Education) is a programme designed for professionals aiming to build or advance their careers in operations or project management, covering the five key process groups: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing. It develops expertise in strategic project management, business operations, implementation, and supply chain systems, including the link between supply chains and organisational objectives.

Including core modules such as International Human Resources, Strategic Change Management, Strategic Management and Leadership, and Operations Management, along with specialised study in Supply Chain, Shipping and Logistics, and Strategic Project Management and Implementation. It also includes Socio-Economic-Legal Environment studies and a final thesis in the second phase.

Operations Management

International Human Resource Management

This module empowers students with essential Human Resource Management (HRM) expertise and leadership abilities to manage people and assets effectively in today’s fast-paced, global business environment. It encompasses both domestic HR practices and the specialized field of International Human Resource Management (IHRM), preparing students to navigate complex challenges in diverse organizational settings.

Strategic Supply Chain & Logistic Management

This module supports strategic decision-makers and operational managers in both domestic and international markets to effectively manage logistics across their organisations. It develops an understanding of lean systems and organisational agility, enabling participants to address strategic and operational challenges using a range of practical problem-solving tools.

Strategic Project Management & Implementation

This module enables learners to integrate knowledge from across their programme by developing and delivering a project that plans and implements a new product, service, or process. Learners take an active role in selecting and addressing a relevant management issue, applying a full range of management practices including resource allocation, people management, and change implementation. The outcome is a substantial report presented in a format suitable for senior management decision-making.
